Coniston Lodge's Luxury Christmas Pudding ...the ultimate Christmas Pudding
This is an old family recipe, using only the highest quality selected fruit,
almonds, ginger and dark molasses soaked overnight in a combination of Brandy,
Rum, Coniston Bluebird Beer and Madeira Wine, then steamed slowly for several hours. The result is
a light, moist pudding with a traditional home made taste and texture.

Coniston Lodge's Celebration Glazed Fruit Cakes
These celebration cakes can be used
anytime of the year. We use only the very best ingredients, using English
butter and local free-range eggs. The cakes are made from an old family
recipe and each one can be truly called home-made. The price depends
on the weight e.g. 2lb £22.00 + P&P.
