Welcome to Coniston Lodge Bespoke Holiday Apartments

Meeting the New Challenge
It has become increasingly clear in last few years that the demand for ‘Self Catering Holiday Apartments’, and the freedom this type of accommodation gives guests, has increased tremendously. To respond to this demand, we have, here at Coniston Lodge, decided to convert our six bedroom ‘5 Star’ Bed & Breakfast accommodation to two x two bed roomed self contained apartments for holiday rental.

Each Self Catering Apartment will have two bedrooms. Tarn Hows, one room with a standard Four Poster double bed and the other with a Super King double bed. Yewdale Crag, one room with a Standard double bed and the other with two standard twin single beds (2 x 3ft). Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom & Shower. The living area has a well appointed kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Dining table for four. Lounge with easy chairs and settee, and colour TV. Both apartments are centrally heated with additional electric wood burning/log effect fires in the lounge areas. There will be clothes washing machine/drying facilities in the reception area for guests use if required. Each holiday apartment will have a garden area to sit out in, and parking is off road and under cover.

| Tourist Board accreditation can not be granted until the holiday apartments are completed. But we will be aiming for the same ‘5 Star’ rating we had during the twenty years we ran our Bed & Breakfast business. |
